In most instances, a permit is not required due to the building’s temporary nature. Because the buildings are not permanent structures and they can be moved easily. However, it is always best to check your local regulations prior to purchase. They comply with building codes and are structurally sound even in harsh weather environments.

They are no more likely to get struck by lightning than conventional buildings. Lightning rods can be installed very easily for added protection and peace of mind.

Our shelters are extremely durable. They can be either permanent or temporary based on your needs. Most of the shelters we delivered 5, 10, 15 and even 20 years ago are still in use.

Can I move my shelter to a location when done with a project?
Yes, our shelters are very portable. All shelters can be loaded right onto a truck. Larger truss arch buildings may require use of a crane. As a matter of fact, theses garage kits & storage sheds can be taken down in almost half the time it take to assemble.

Yes, shelters can be open air or fully enclosed. If enclosed, they can have ventilation, filtration, air-conditioning and heated. Our greenhouse systems offer various options to grow year round.
